Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a static site. There is no account to create, no form to submit and no database behind it. We do not set cookies, we do not store anything in your browser, and we do not run analytics that identify you.

What we do not collect

We collect no names, no email addresses and no payment details, because there is nowhere on this site to enter them. The two tools on the site run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere; the choices you make in them are forgotten the moment you leave the page.

Nothing on this site is written to local storage or session storage.

What your browser does anyway

When you visit any website, your browser tells the server that serves it certain things: an address, the page requested, a rough description of the browser itself. Our host may keep those request records for a short period for security and operational reasons. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Photographs on this site are served from an image host and product photographs are served from Amazon. Loading them means your browser contacts those services directly, and those services have their own policies.

Links to Amazon

Links to products on this site carry an affiliate tag, which tells Amazon that a visit came from here. If you follow one, Amazon receives that visit under its own privacy policy and its own cookie practices, neither of which we control. We receive no information about who you are from that process.

Children

This site is written for adults choosing luggage and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect nothing from anyone of any age, because we collect nothing at all.

Changes

If this policy changes it will change on this page, and the change will be to describe what the site actually does. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
