What we are glad to hear about
- A listing that has changed since we read it. Sellers edit copy constantly, and a figure we quoted last month may not be on the page today.
- A number on this site that does not match the listing it is attributed to. That is the one kind of error we would most like to hear about.
- A product that is in the wrong category, or one that should be split out of the group it is in. We have already moved several and we will move more.
- A word used on a listing that belongs in the glossary and is not there yet.
What we cannot help with
Whether a particular bag will be allowed on a particular flight. We do not know your carrier, your fare or your aircraft, and even if we did, the figure would be theirs to publish rather than ours to repeat. We also cannot help with orders, deliveries or returns: nothing is sold from this site.
